HR Director in Trento

Our client is a multinational operating in renewables energies sector and present in various European countries.

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources operations across the region (Italy, Switzerland, & more). You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the company’s growth objectives and inclusive culture and employee experience. This position requires a strategic thinker who is also operational and execution oriented and can effectively partner with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, talent development, and a positive and compelling experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in all decision-making processes for the property as a member of the executive leadership team
  • Maintain and create new team member recognition programs, ensuring team member engagement and satisfaction
  • Use your organizational and systems prowess to maintain and update our HR processes and procedures, including: on-boarding, off-boarding, compliance, team communications and recognition
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the process as needed to maintain compliance
  • Respond to and address staff concerns and issues that escalate to Talent & Culture by initiating new policies and ensuring successful outcomes
  • Ensure all safety plans, protocols, and trainings are current and correct
  • Plan and execute various learning and development initiatives to cultivate a deeply compelling culture focused on the personal and professional development of our team members
  • Foster open door policy for all staff levels
  • Support all department leaders in procedures, payroll, staffing, communications, team concerns, and questions
  • Collaborate with all department leaders to ensure policies and protocols are followed
  • Administer, monitor, and base changes to protocols based on annual team member survey
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment as we grow the business and the organization
  • Builder of strong, relationships with senior leaders and the ability to influence direction and decision making in the organization
  • Experience working as a trusted advisor to the business and providing solutions, not policy pushing
  • Stay up to date on HR best practices and trends and evolving legal requirements, recommending improvements and ensuring compliance
  • Finds opportunities to improve processes, practices, programs and jumps in to drive improvement
  • Good knowledge of Italian labour law and labour relations
  • Skills in translating concepts into practical action plans and enjoy seeing them through to implementation
  • Experience with managing and recommending benefits and compensation practices tailored towards the local markets

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous Human Resources Management experience
  • University level degree
  • Fluent English and a great networking, communication, coaching and influencing skills
  • Enthusiastic about change management, leadership development and organizational development

Annual Gross Salary Range & Benefits: 75K – 100K, Company Car, MBO, Welcome Bonus for Home Accomodation.
